Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide acute care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ED environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to patient safety and care.

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, developing appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to any changes in condition.
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech and transition to Expanse EMR system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow unit policies, procedures, and dress code standards consistently.

• Active RN license in the state of Texas or valid state licensing equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ED nursing experience, including trauma, STEMI, Stroke, and Sepsis management.
• Current certifications: ENPC, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI with TIC; NRP and STABLE preferred.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and advanced clinical skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends and on-call shifts.
