Part-Time Sign Spinner

We are seeking a high-energy, reliable sign spinner to spin a promotional sign on the sidewalk in front of an apartment community to capture the attention of cars driving by and encourage walk-in tours. This role requires active sign spinning and visible movement to attract attention from passing traffic. This is an outdoor, performance-based role and not a passive sign-holding position.

• Monday to Saturday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

• $20 per hour

• Spin and display a promotional sign on the sidewalk in front of the apartment community
• Use movement, gestures, and energy to get the attention of passing vehicles
• Encourage drivers to pull in and tour the community
• Represent the property in a professional and friendly manner
• Remain active and on your feet for the full shift

• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable being highly visible to traffic
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Able to stand and move for the duration of each shift
• No prior experience required
