Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m.

What You Will Do
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), promptly reporting deviations to management.
  • Generate and manage product specification reports and process SAP transactions to place product on hold or release.
  • Verify product quality by ensuring adherence to specifications and conducting traceability exercises to support product integrity.
  • Investigate and document food safety incidents, completing corrective actions and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to collect samples, support sensory evaluations, and review Certificates of Analysis to maintain regulatory and procedural compliance.
What You Will Bring
  • High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant food safety or quality assurance experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP and Infinity

    QS (IQS) software for quality data management and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of HACCP principles as applied to plant operations; HACCP certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with USDA, FDA regulations, and audit processes related to food safety and compliance.
  • Ability to perform thorough investigations and documentation of product and ingredient food safety incidents, while working in various temperature environments.
