Bilingual Leasing Agent

Description

Parc Bay Apartments is seeking a Part-Time bilingual Leasing Agent to help to market and lease apartments for our property to prospective residents. You will also be responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

* Lease apartments and sell the amenities, products and services of the property to prospects

* Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours

* Collect deposit and/or fees associated with move-in

* Inspect units on a quarterly basis as well as prior to move-in

* Assist with planning and hosting of resident events

* Assist residents with the move-out process

Requirements

* Prior experience in property management leasing required.

* Onesite, Blue Moon software knowledge required

* Bilingual (English/Spanish highly preferred)

* Strong computer skills

* Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on resident satisfaction

* Highly proficient in social media platforms for marketing, outreach, and engagement

* Professional, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
