Responsibilities
- Restocking the Bar/Supplies:
Refill liquor, beer, mixers and garnishes. Ensure bar is fully stocked during service hours. - Replenish glassware, take out bar trash, refill ice chest.
- Wipe down bar counter, tables and margarita machines.
- Change kegs and assist bartenders.
- Speed and Efficiency
Able to move quickly and complete tasks with urgency. - Physical Stamina
Lift heavy items (kegs, crates), stand for long hours. - Organization
Maintain a tidy and efficient work environment. - Attention to Detail
Spot what’s needed before being asked (e.g., low ice, empty bottles). - Teamwork
Work closely with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff. - Multitasking
Handle several tasks at once without losing focus. - Communication Skills
Clearly and effectively communicate with team members. - Reliability
Show up on time, ready to work, and dependable during shifts.
