Schedule- Friday 4:00pm – 8:00pm (4 hours)
- Saturday & Sunday 11:00am – 7:00pm (8 hours each)
Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.
About the RoleIn this exciting role, you’ll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You’ll be the go‑to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology‑first mindset are key as you will train retail associates on new AI apps and tools.
Our team fully provides all technology training.
- Dive into the world of Meta’s exciting products – AR/VR headsets, accessories, and more.
- Showcase the latest Meta gadgets and help customers see how they can enhance their lives, from fitness and gaming to entertainment.
- Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Meta product.
- Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
- Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring the latest devices and promotions are showcased effectively.
- Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports using a mobile device.
- Work primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts in high‑traffic retail environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
- Interest in AV and VR products.
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts.
- Owns a smartphone with an iPhone

25 operating system. - Capacity to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 20lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
