We are currently hiring a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations and drive store performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, team development, and customer service.

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, staff, and inventory
• Recruit, train, and supervise team members
• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed targets
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
• Manage budgets, track performance, and maintain records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Execute promotions and maintain store presentation

• Previous retail or sales management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Organized, reliable, and results‑driven
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Flexible availability, including weekend

• Day shifts
• 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday + weekend availability
