We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Sales Representative to join our retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new technology, and contributing to a fast-paced sales environment.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process sales transactions, payments, returns, and phone activations
• Recommend smartphones, prepaid plans, and accessories based on customer needs
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain organized displays, inventory, and overall store cleanliness
  
  Assist with billing questions and basic technical troubleshooting
• Stay up to date on promotions, pricing, and product offerings

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous retail, cashier, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems
• Flexible availability, including weekends

• 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability required
