• Employment Status:
  Full-Time
• Hourly Base Pay + Commission, incentives, and bonuses.
• Agency Hours of Operation:
  Available for any shift, weekends & holidays.
• Training Details:
  Paid training provided; no prior insurance experience required.
• Licensing Details:
  Employer assists with obtaining an insurance license. Employment is contingent upon passing the agent licensing test or holding a valid home and auto insurance license within a 60‑day trial period.

• Sell company products/services through resellers/channels in the assigned territory.
• Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support.
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Perform cold calls on applications generated from events.
• Generate renewal quotes and follow up on all quotes.
• Execute grassroots marketing activities daily.
• Monitor daily marketing activities, establish and maintain business relationships, and attend sales training as needed.
• Create campaigns for agencies to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciation events.
• Ensure the agency is clean and properly stocked with marketing materials and office supplies.
• Provide reports to MGA and communicate effectively with Sales Agency Managers, Pronto MGA/GA, Underwriting Personnel, and Pronto MGA/GA Claims Department.
• Direct all claim inquiries to the MGA/GA Claims Department.
• Print the Picture Report periodically and upload all pictures accordingly.
• Count money and balance with the Daily Deposit Report at shift end.
• Prepare and make daily or nightly deposits.
• Travel to various locations as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience.
• Attitude for success and desire to earn.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient typing and computer skills for data capture.
• Ability to help customers, provide information, and process payments quickly and attentively in a friendly, positive manner.
• Preferred: bilingual in English & Spanish.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 9:00 am–7:00 pm;
Saturday 9:00 am–5:00 pm;
Sunday 12:00 pm–5:00 pm (some locations). 40 hrs.
