Do you have experience securing commercial partnerships across chemical midstream, distribution, storage or logistics and want to join an established leading‑business with a strong operational reputation to sell into the industry?

This is an opportunity to join a major U.S. chemical storage and terminal operator with capabilities unmatched by its competition as a self‑starting Sales Manager expanding customer relationships, driving new business and working closely with operations and leadership to deliver high‑quality, safe, and reliable service.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in commercial business sales in logistics who adopts a considered and relationship‑driven sales approach as they build and develop new business opportunities with chemical companies to facilitate the holding of their products.

The Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow storage, distribution, and terminal services across chemical producers, distributors, and logistics partners.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge and delivering tailored commercial solutions.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, ensuring alignment between customer needs and operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, HSSE, and leadership to support proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless service delivery.
The Person :
  • Experienced sales professional with a background in selling logistics services ideally in chemical distribution, storage, logistics or terminal operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in developing new business, managing accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport at all levels from operators to executives and familiar with modern office tools such Microsoft Suite, SAP, CRM and Power BI.
  • Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple sales cycles while ensuring accuracy in forecasting, proposals, and customer communication.
