Overview

• Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers.
• Assist customers in lowering energy costs and identifying their needs.
• Handle objections and build strong relationships with customers and teammates.
• Support sales goals by working collaboratively and celebrating wins.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
• Advise customers on products and services, building confidence in selections.
• Accurately document and report sales and track all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Adhere to performance measurements: attendance, sales quota, and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, setup, and teardown of events.
• Spanish bilingual preferred (not required).
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Commission‑based pay with an average of $1,000–$1,350 per week and a $16.00/hr guarantee.
• Uncapped commissions and daily pay via Daily Pay.
