Maintains visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure a safe environment;
Greets customers warmly, provides assistance, and answers questions in a courteous manner while monitoring for theft indicators;
Monitors entrances/exits and sales floor for suspicious behavior and communicates findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention;
Gathers theft indicators and uses intelligence to impact shortage trends; adheres to Code 50 package inspection policy;
Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and supports Loss Prevention directives
