Total Safety is seeking Boilermakers (NCCER preferred) with Deluge Systems/Bolt Up/Screw Pipe experience who can provide maintenance services, installation of pipe, fittings, valves, and piping systems, repairs and inspections of all boiler components, and work on towers and exchangers in industrial plants or settings to keep them in good working order.

• Maintain job site documentation such as job time sheets and building drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities.
• Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and pipe fitting equipment.
• Perform work in challenging positions, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, and operating high‑lift equipment up to forty feet; work in ducts, crawl spaces, and above ceilings.
• Work alternative shifts or weekends and travel upon request to meet customer installation schedules.
• Tighten and loosen bolts on flange connections and manways according to ISO drawings and work plans.
• Assist with installation or removal of blinds as needed for pressure testing.
• Apply skilled knowledge of pipe fittings, bolts, valves, and related components.
• Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and other equipment per specifications.
• Use impact wrenches and combination wrenches; align pins to install valves and piping spools.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• 3+ years of boilermaker experience in fire protection, petrochemical, or oil refinery industry (preferred).
• Ability to lift and move equipment and tools weighing up to forty pounds.
• Valid driver’s license; proof of vehicle insurance; satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background and drug/alcohol screening, including urine, hair, and breathalyzer tests.
• Experience working in industrial or shop environments; exposure to wet, humid, outdoor weather, vibration, high pressure, chemicals, gas releases, or fire conditions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and/or experience.
• NCCER in Pipe fitting/Boilermaker (preferred).
• Current TWIC.

• Current TWIC license.
