Key Responsibilities
- Technical Execution: Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems. Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run correctly while configuring trends and alarms.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers.
- Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track.
- Ready to Grow: Sharpen your skills through self‑directed learning; seek out system complexity and take on more responsibility as you advance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
- Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.
- Background:
Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field. - Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless). - Communication:
Ability to explain technical info to non‑technical people and work well within a team. - Software:
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 and $87,500.00 annually. Pay may vary based on skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
Other CompensationThis position may be eligible for short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
