Hiring Immediately. Pay dependent on Experience; PAID WEEKLY!
Typical Schedule
:
Monday – Friday 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Overtime Eligible)
Pay Range
:
Dependent on Experience and discretionary quarterly branch performance bonus
Location
:
Based in our shop in Pasadena, TX 77059 with occasional field maintenance or repair work.
- Inspect, service, and test equipment, ensuring performance to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine service on equipment including checking fluid levels, changing fluid, and lubricating.
- Perform novice level welding repairs (MIG & SMAW).
- Prepare and maintain accurate records on maintenance and repair of equipment, including warranty records.
- Inspect, service, and test equipment, ensuring performance to manufacturer specifications.
- Team-player, support your team to achieve goals; self-starter with motivation for career growth.
- Ventures into field maintenance or repair as needed to support operations.
- A minimum of 2 to 3+ years’ experience as a diesel mechanic, with a construction equipment rental background preferred.
- Intermediate troubleshooting and diagnosing skills with electrical and hydraulic systems, diesel engines, including Tier 4 and aftertreatment systems.
- Experience performing major and minor repairs on diesel and gas engines, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, as well as drive trains is required.
- Must have the necessary tools you need to do the job; averaging $5,000+ in value.
