EmergencyMD seeks a field service technician to manage water service connections, close out accounts, and deliver delinquency notices. The role includes turning off services for delinquencies, locking/removing meters, and restoring service after payment.
You will inspect meters for tampering, report malfunctioning meters, and handle service order requests to ensure accurate billing. You may be required to repair leaks at the meter and respond to customer inquiries.
