Apartment Onsite Construction Manager
Falls of Las Villas Apartments is seeking an apartment onsite Construction Manager in South Houston.
Responsibilities:
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Paint and pick up grounds
- Painting
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- At least 2 plus years of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- Full Time Position
- Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance repairs required
- Experience in Housing property and inspections a plus!
- HVAC
- Extremely Organized
- Great Communication Skills
- Experience with One Site
- HVAC Certified
- Electric experience
- Plumbing experience
- Handy Man
- Carpentry
- Must have experience working in multifamily.
