Lead the daily activities of Electrical Technicians; ensure maintenance duties and PMs are completed on time and accurately;
Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, and installation tasks for electrical work per maintenance schedule;
Perform day-to-day duties of an instrument & electrical maintenance technician as needed to ensure staffing;
Ensure functional testing is completed on equipment and perform pre-installation checks on control valves;
Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance procedures; document failures and corrective actions
