Falls of Las Villas Apartments in Pasadena is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle preventive maintenance, make-ready tasks, and routine property upkeep while delivering excellent resident service. The ideal candidate will have EPA HVAC certification, basic furnace and plumbing knowledge, and experience with work orders, unit turns, and on-call maintenance.
Pool certification is preferred and physical stamina is required.
