Falls of Las Villas Apartments in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Make Ready / Maintenance Technician to respond to service requests, perform turns and make-readies, paint, and maintain grounds and common areas.
You will handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, drywall, painting, flooring and carpentry, with on-call rotation and the ability to lift 50+ lbs; EPA or CPO certification is preferred.
