About the Role:
As a Helper in the Baytown TX area, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks, including but not limited to, loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating heavy machinery. Your work will directly impact the success of our projects and contribute to the growth of our company.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or related field
- Certification in heavy machinery operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and operating heavy machinery
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with the completion of projects within deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Skills:
As a Laborer III, you will utilize your skills in manual labor, heavy machinery operation, and communication on a daily basis. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines will be crucial in maintaining a safe work environment. Additionally, your experience in construction or related field and certification in heavy machinery operation will be beneficial in this role.
