Class A or B Drivers​/Equipment Operators

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Class A or B Drivers/Equipment Operators with manual transmission experience to support industrial and environmental services for energy and petrochemical clients. In this field-based role, you will safely operate trucks and heavy equipment for hydroblasting, vacuuming, and industrial cleaning, often in demanding conditions. You will perform inspections, follow strict safety and environmental procedures, travel to customer sites, and work closely with a team focused on reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A or B vehicles and heavy equipment with manual transmissions for industrial cleaning and utility support work
• Perform hydroblasting, vacuuming, and other industrial cleaning tasks at energy and petrochemical client sites
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks to ensure safe, compliant operation
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company/OSHA regulations in demanding field conditions
• Work as part of a crew to set up jobs, stage hoses and tools, and complete work orders on schedule
• Complete required logs, manifests, and basic paperwork accurately and legibly
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status, hazards, and equipment issues
• Travel to client locations, including occasional overtime, nights, and weekends as project needs require
