Traffic Clerk

Traffic Coordinator/ Scheduler Automation Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working Traffic Coordinator/ Scheduler for a fast-paced, growing 3PL logistics facility in Pasadena, TX. This company specializes in transportation, distribution, and logistics services, supporting a wide range of customers with efficient and reliable supply chain solutions.

Pay Rate $17.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed)
Traffic Coordinator/ Scheduler Duties and Responsibilities Checking in drivers at the traffic window

Working closely with the warehouse managers for door assignments.

Checking paperwork after the driver is loaded to ensure the paperwork matches.

Signing out drivers once they are loaded or unloaded

Operate and utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics software

Traffic Coordinator/ Scheduler Qualifications and Requirements4 plus years of extensive experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred

Proficiency with SAP Warehouse Management Systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong communication and organizational skills
