Hurricane Tool & Supply is looking for a Warehouse helper to join our team!
Warehouse helper at Hurricane Tool & Supply is responsible for moving, shipping, storing or unloading various materials either by hand or with the use of a forklift to unload very heavy items.
Warehouse Worker duties and responsibilities- Load and unload materials
- Fill warehouse orders
- Take inventory of materials shipped or received
- Load and unload trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods
- Store, count, weigh, and open materials received
- Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard
- Label boxes to identify materials
- Operate mechanical lift, winch, or vehicles
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of technology and machinery used for transporting or storing materials
- Understanding of inventory
- Ability to use computer technology to receive items in our system, track inventory, and keep a record of storage
- Ability to work well with others
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm;
An hour lunch break
