Warehouse Associate Lead

Our client, an industry leader in industrial operations, is seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the inbound and outbound logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $16.50

** Shift:
** 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead a team of pick pack helpers to ensure efficient warehouse operations

+ Unload and transport products from inbound trucks safely and efficiently

+ Utilize forklift equipment to move and organize inventory

+ Assist with inventory management and invoice processing by worksite

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations

+ Proficiency in forklift operation

+

Experience with reach truck operation is a plus

+ Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Utilizar equipos de montacargas para mover y organizar inventario

+ Asistir en la gestión de inventarios y procesamiento de facturas en el sitio de trabajo

+ Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y organizado para promover la seguridad y productividad
