Warehouse Picker and Warehouse Packer

Location:

Pasadena, TX Pay Rate: $19/hr

Duration: 12+ month Contract

• Shift: 2nd Shift schedule required 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
• Work Mode:
  Onsite

• Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems
• Locate products in the warehouse and ensure correct item, quantity, and condition
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse leadership
• Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Basic computer or scanner skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• May involve repetitive lifting, bending, and reaching
