Inventory Associate

The Inventory Associate at Integrated Circuit Solutions is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving, and organizing products, conducting inventory counts, and supporting daily warehouse or stockroom operations. This position requires attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role assures that the inventory process is in alignment with IC S quality standards.

• Order, receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Accurately record inventory transactions in inventory management systems
• Stock shelves, racks, and storage areas in an organized manner
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Assist other departments with inventory-related requests

• Familiarity with IC S inventory management software, Net Suite
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Experience using scanners or handheld inventory devices
• Proficiency with Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate with vendors and to set clear expectations
