Position Overview Pro Source  People is hiring a Forklift Operator for an industrial facility. This position is ideal for candidates who have forklift experience, are mechanically inclined, and prioritize workplace safety. The selected candidate will be responsible for moving materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading shipments, and assisting with warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities
· Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in an industrial environment
· Move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
· Assist with warehouse operations and material handling activities
· Follow all company safety procedures and policies
· Wear required PPE and maintain a safe work environment
· Perform routine warehouse duties when not operating a forklift
· Maintain clean and organized work areas
· Report safety concerns or equipment issues to supervision
· Complete additional duties as assignedRequirements
· Previous forklift operating experience required
· Must be mechanically inclined
· Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
· Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
· Strong commitment to workplace safety
· Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
· Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
