Location: Pasadena, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Reports to: Operations Manager

Position SummaryWe’re hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage day‑to‑day shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This role is essential to ensuring products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. It’s a hands‑on position with room to grow into advanced logistics or operations roles.
Key Responsibilities- Pack and unpack shipments according to company standards
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and related documentation
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality
Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas - Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
- Enter shipment data and maintain accurate inventory records
- Comply with company policies and safety regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel; familiarity with Quick Books helpful)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
