Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Take, prepare, and distribute minutes for board meetings and other leadership meetings. Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents. Manage and prioritize incoming requests and communications for the leadership team. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including video conferences and facility arrangements.
Administrative ManagementMaintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical. Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, leadership meetings, and presentations. Process expense reports and handle related financial documentation. Assist with special projects and initiatives assigned.
HR SupportAssist the Human Resources department with various administrative functions. Help coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling. Support onboarding processes for new employees. Assist with benefit administration and employee inquiries as directed.
General Office ManagementEnsure smooth operation of office equipment and supplies. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed. Assist in organizing company events and meetings. Maintain office protocols and procedures.
Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree OR 5+ years of equivalent work experience is required. Experience in healthcare or mental health settings with knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Experience with governing board management and familiarity with HR processes and procedures is preferred.
