Job Description

Role Overview :

As a candidate for this position, your base location should be from Agra. You are expected to be an immediate joiner with experience in telecom process training. Your English communication skills should be proficient, and you should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. Being open to traveling and accepting a 6-month contract are essential requirements.

You should be available to work 6 days a week and must be proficient in both Hindi and English languages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs for retail staff based on identified gaps in their knowledge and skills.

- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse personalities and motivate the retail team.

- Create training sessions from scratch to address specific development needs within the retail team.

- Demonstrate excellent presentation and platform skills while incorporating contemporary training techniques.

- Ensure that the training sessions are engaging, informative, and tailored to the needs of the retail staff.

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent education and experience.

- Proven track record in retail training with a minimum of four years of experience.

- Ability to identify training gaps and develop effective training programs.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

- Ability to inspire and teach retail staff effectively.
