The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a strategic partner to senior leadership, responsible for understanding key issues within the I&S department and coordinating resolution paths with stakeholders. This role blends strategy, operations, and leadership-owning high-impact initiatives, improving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring priorities move from vision to execution. Ensuring all meetings have objectives and follow-up actions, with an ability to understand and integrate metrics for use in decision-making across the organization.

Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. This position will also interface, as required, with the Chief of Staffs across all the other functional organizations.

Bachelors degree in a related field, and 8 years of experience;
Master’s degree and 6 years relevant experience.

Demonstrated cross‑functional experience;
Expertise in assimilating and presenting complex information;
