Supervisory Financial Management Analyst

Duties

You will plan work, set priorities and schedule work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work without adverse effect on regular and recurring work.

You will formulate the budget or cost estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities.

You will develop, determine, and interpret budgetary policies and practices.

You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations.

You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities.

You will develop performance standards and evaluate employee performance.

You will review, analyze, edit, and consolidate budget estimates.

You will provide justifications to develop a budget package that reflects balanced multi-year funding needs of the command.
