Full-Time Join Our Team We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Retail Banker to join our team. As the face of the bank, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both retail and commercial customers while supporting a variety of deposit, withdrawal, and account servicing transactions.

The ideal candidate is committed to building strong customer relationships, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring operational excellence within the branch.

What You'll DoAs a Retail Banker, you will:

Process daily transactions and operational tasks to support branch efficiency and accuracy.

Balance and maintain ATM, cash dispenser/recycler, and vault operations as assigned.

Assist customers with account and card servicing, including:

Debit card issuance and replacement PIN resets

Dispute intake

Stop payments

Address changes

Check orders

Other account maintenance requests

Support customers with online and mobile banking services, including login assistance, password resets, and troubleshooting.

Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying needs, resolving issues, and connecting customers with the appropriate banking specialists when needed.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products, services, policies, and procedures.

Mentor and support new team members through leadership, training, and collaboration.

Contribute to a positive branch culture focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Leadership.

Minimum of 1 year of Retail Banker experience

Cash handling experience

Customer service experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualities Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Problem-solving skills and initiative

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences

Working Conditions Primarily an office environment with occasional outdoor activity.

Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required based on business needs.

Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit, use hands, and communicate verbally.

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Must possess close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
