Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA II

Position Summary

Second-level Support Care position accountable for assisting residents with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, bed making, shaving, dressing, and other related tasks. Assists in checking vital signs, height and width as assigned; collects and maintains records of fluid intake and output; reports on the condition of residents, and participates in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers.

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation or equivalent
• High School Diploma or high‑school equivalency
• 1–2 years of experience in nursing or supportive care
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team

• Additional certifications related to nursing or elder care

• Patient care and assistance with daily activities
• Vital sign monitoring and documentation
• Rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfer support
