Description:

Unit is ranked as a top performing rehab unit.
Located within a short drive from major cities.
Facility is CARF accredited with a stroke specialty.
The patient population includes geriatric and adult patients.
Common diagnoses include strokes, amputations, and hip fractures.
The facility has a full-time PTA on staff.
Patient ratios are Nursing 6:1 and Therapist 7:1.
Equipment includes Lite Gait, ceiling lifts, electric bariatric bars, and UBE.
Concurrently documenting is necessary in this role.
Candidates should be motivated and possess critical thinking skills.
Dress code allows for scrubs of any color with rubber-soled shoes.
Unacceptable attire includes low or high cut scrubs.
This position is coverage for leave.
