We're partnering with a rapidly growing maritime services organization that has recently launched its Maritime division as a standalone vertical. With a newly appointed and highly accomplished President at the helm, our client is assembling a best-in-class recruiting team to support that growth. They're building something special!

We're seeking experienced Maritime Recruiters who understand skilled trades recruiting within shipbuilding, marine, or heavy industrial environments.
The Role- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for high-demand maritime roles
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled/maritime trade professionals
- Partner closely with sales and operational leadership
- Deliver a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to the development of best practices as the recruiting function continues to scale
This is a growth-focused role within a division that is actively investing in structure, leadership, and performance.
What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of recruiting experience (skilled/maritime trades strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to fill high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills
- Ability to thrive working in a performance-driven environment
- Experience with ATS platforms, social media platforms, and sourcing tools
