Business Process Analyst

• Analyze existing business and technical processes to develop new or improved information systems, including production, inventory, financial, marketing, and HR systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and develop compelling business cases for technology solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ascertain system functionalities, output needs, input data acquisition, and controls.
• Utilize knowledge of e-commerce tools, system capabilities, and workflow processes to recommend optimal solutions.
• Document data flows, understand established code, and translate data between different programs and coding languages.
• Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Analyze test results to identify errors and implement improvements for code efficiency and system reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and application development using C# with SQL backend.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of data flow documentation, coding languages, and system controls.
• Proven experience in creating and executing detailed test plans and analyzing error results to enhance system performance.
