Mastermind Inc. is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to guide new customers through the implementation lifecycle and onto our technology platform.

• Lead new customer implementation and manage operational aspects.
• Analyze and improve implementation procedures and tooling.
• Communicate action plans, status, next steps and solutions to stakeholders.
• Help onboarding team with ticket escalation, process improvements and liaison across product organization.
• Mentor new team members.
• Consolidate and improve onboarding playbook documentation.
• Manage all facets of onboarding process for new customers.
• Query and extract data using SQL, C#, Python.
• Communicate status updates by phone and email to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ingest customer data into our systems, test functionality.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and client‑facing communication.
• Resolve support tickets, explain breakdown and suggest improvements.
• Escalate support tickets when applicable.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to meet SLAs.
• Communicate clearly and prioritize others’ priorities.
• Apply critical thinking to solve problems.
• Identify and resolve day‑to‑day problems using judgment.
• Recognize setbacks and risks to goals and metrics and escale as required.
• Become an SME in dealership management system and data extraction.
• Prioritize and manage concurrent work streams with minimal supervision.
• Analyse current processes and implement improvements.
• Assist in building reports in Salesforce where applicable.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast‑moving company or the auto industry.
• Experience leading a team or entire process.
• Strong project management skills, accountable for meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; lead complex discussions across departments.
• Comfortable with technology and process‑based tools.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365.
• Intermediate SQL/Google Big Query knowledge.
• Power BI knowledge/experience a plus.

Base salary range: $53,084 to $109,089 (based on location and experience).

Eligible for annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits.
