Job Overview

RTX is seeking a qualified professional to support the platforms that D  operates. The role includes leading the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and configuration management of software builds for the radar system, as well as activating the radar system through stage testing procedures and integration of software and hardware components. This position is U.S.

-based with temporary domestic offsite assignments (TDOAs). Training will be provided in Tewksbury, MA prior to TDOA deployment.

• Lead the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and configuration management of software builds with the radar system.
• Activate the radar system using stage testing procedures and integrate software and hardware components.
• Provide support for Temporary Domestic Offsite Assignments (TDOAs) and attend training in Tewksbury, MA before deployment.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Prefer software integration experience in a DoD environment.
• Experience with software development and Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience in Agile development methods, including Scrum, automated testing, and continuous integration.

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.

The position requires a DoD Secret clearance. Both an active and an existing clearance are required on day 1. The Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) Consolidated Adjudication Services (CAS) handles the adjudication process.
