Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  
  Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching to the employer’s services

• Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
• Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred

• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
