Overview
Security Site Supervisor at HUB Enterprises, a subsidiary of American Security and Investigations.
Shift: 7 on/7 off, 12-hour shifts
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Location: Pascagoula, MS
Resume submission is highly recommended for the Security Supervisor position.
Requirements- You must be at least 21 years old
- You must have previous security experience and leadership experience.
- Must have own firearm and own gear
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
- Be able to meet physical requirements including walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR
- Armed Security License for MS is required before being hired
- Oversee and lead security officers
- Work with the area manager to implement policies and procedures at assigned sites
- Conduct inspections to ensure standards are being met
- Provide direction to officers and apply corrective actions in a professional manner
- Assist in the training and development of officers
