Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator

• Positive attitude and desire to excel with fellow employee-owners.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mass earthwork operations and/or heavy-civil construction.
• GPS experience is a plus.
• Experience with Motor grader, Loader, Excavator, Scraper, Backhoe, Gannon, and other specialized equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.

• Work at construction sites, communicating verbally and reading signs and directions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and handle objects up to 50 lbs; climb stairs/ladders; and navigate various terrains safely.
• Operate vehicles and machinery following safety guidelines.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, sometimes for extended periods.
• Exposure to chemicals, pollutants, noise, dust, and moving equipment.
