** up to $35.99 per hour** , depending on experience and skill level.

** What You'll Do*
* - Remove, repair, and install insulation materials including fiberglass, calcium silicate, and rubatex.

- Insulate piping systems, ventilation systems, machinery, and shipboard structures.

- Follow specifications and guidelines to ensure proper installation and performance.

- Work in various shipboard environments and support production needs.

- Must be available to work
** any shift
** in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

** What You Bring*
* - Hands‑on experience installing and repairing industrial or marine insulation (preferred)

- Skill working with fiberglass, calcium silicate, rubatex, or similar materials

- Ability to work safely in complex shipyard environments

- Strong commitment to quality, precision, and teamwork

** Must Have*
* 1 year of Pipe Insulation experience n an Industrial, Marine, Shipbuilding aor Petro-Chemical enviroment with experience installing rubber insulation. Must be able to work assigned shift as production needs.
