Sirius Staffing is seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time Fitness Specialist to support a fitness center at a local Manufacturing site in Pascagoula. This role will lead group classes and work a flexible schedule. This is ideal for individuals with a passion for health and wellness.

Pay: $16-20/hr BOE

Schedule: Roughly 16-20 hours a week/Part-time, variable shifts between 4:30 AM and 8:00 PM; position will serve as backup for both morning and afternoon shifts.

Contract Position through Sirius Staffing at a large Manufacturing site

• Interact with members and program participants to ensure a safe, positive fitness environment
• Monitor equipment usage and participant safety
• Lead and instruct individual and group fitness classes, including freestyle formats and spinning
• Design and implement customized fitness programs based on individual needs and job-specific conditioning
• Conduct fitness assessments and wellness consultations
  
  Support health and fitness initiatives for the employee population
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to members

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings (starting at 4:30 AM) and late afternoons/evenings (up to 8:00 PM)
• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA, or other nationally accredited program required
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required
• 0–2 years of related fitness instruction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
• Group exercise instruction experiences strongly preferred
