• Shift: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with general ledger entries and month-end close processes
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Maintain vendor records and support financial reporting

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Experience with accounting software (Quick Books, ERP, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
