Receptionist job at Darigold in Pasco, WA. Darigold is seeking an experienced Receptionist to be part of the Pasco plant. The role requires a can‑do attitude, willingness to learn, high ethical confidentiality, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests and customers.

• Responsible for the timely filling of needed documents
• Log visitors to the site
• Monitor Darigold door
• Receive UPS/Fed Ex/Amazon/etc. packages and send notifications to employees upon receipt, as appropriate
• Orders food for business meetings when requested
• Distributes mail
• Provides ad hoc administrative support to Pasco departments, including mailing & office management
• Printer service calls and maintain the printer list with  and location in the plant
• Receives incoming call, screens, directs, or responds
• Greet visitors and ensure they are logged in and taken care of
• Office Supply Ordering & Inventory Management
• Activate and Deactivate employee badges when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

• High school degree preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist/administrative role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Ability to handle administrative tasks with limited ongoing supervision
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
