Corwin Ford Tri-Cities is hiring experienced Automotive Technicians now to join our busy service team. In addition to the strong workload and opportunities available today, we’re also preparing for the opening of our new Ford Pro Commercial Vehicle Center in December
, giving technicians even more room to grow, expand their skills, and be part of an exciting new chapter for the dealership.
This is a great opportunity to join Corwin now, build your experience with the team, and look forward to the added opportunities that will come with the new Commercial Vehicle Center. Technicians with ASE Certification, manufacturer certifications from any brand, or Master Certification are strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience with suspension, gas and diesel engine repair, electrical and technology systems, drivability, and transmission repair is especially valuable.
Some existing certifications may transfer toward Ford Technician Certification, and we’ll help qualified technicians continue advancing their credentials through paid training and certification opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair passenger vehicles, light-duty trucks, and commercial vehicles
- Perform maintenance and repairs involving brakes, suspension, engines, transmissions, electrical, HVAC, and drivability systems
- Use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle concerns accurately
- Complete customer-pay, warranty, and recall repairs to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Inspect vehicles and identify needed maintenance or repairs
- Communicate findings with Service Advisors and maintain accurate repair documentation
- Participate in ongoing Ford training and certification opportunities
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive repair experience is required
- Ford experience is a plus!
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and components
- Certifications from manufacturers and/or ASE Certification are highly desirable; transferable certifications to Ford will be advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
