Customer Experience Representative
Permobil has a position open for a Customer Experience Representative. Pay Range: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour.
Shift: 1st Shift.
Schedule:
Full-time Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm. Training
Schedule:
7:00am–3:30pm until training is complete. Overtime:
May be required based on business needs.

Your Role in Our Mission
- This position is part of the Customer Experience team in Pasco, WA. This role reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager.
- The Customer Experience representative is part of a team that provides support to customers, sales reps, and end users all over the world. For specific duties, see below.
- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience. Typically requires a general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
- Dedicated Point of Contact for specified international region, providing daily and technical support.
- Process quotes, parts orders, chair orders and returns when applicable within the region.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Support Customer Experience teams as needed.
- Follow direction, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
- Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change from time to time.
