- 100% outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Brand-new clinic opening in February 2027
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No weekday call
- No weekend call
- See approximately 18-22 patients per day
- Join an established team of 16 physicians and 12 APPs
- Integrated care model with on-site Behavioral Health, Dental, Eye Care, Pediatrics, and Pharmacy
- Athena EMR
- Opportunity to perform in-office procedures based on training and certification
- Teaching opportunities available
- Fast-track interview process
- Guaranteed Base salary: $247,000-$333,000
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
- HRSA and State Student Loan Repayment Programs
- 200 hours of front-loaded PTO
- $5,000 CME allowance plus 56 hours of CME time annually
- License and DEA reimbursement
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
